Loyalty & Membership Programs

As the creative marketing lead, I oversaw the full development and launch of our loyalty and paid membership programs — building both from the ground up. From designing the physical membership cards to crafting every touchpoint of customer communication, I led the creative direction, messaging, and strategy across digital, in-store, and email marketing.

I launched our Loyalty Program, where customers could sign up, earn points with every purchase, and redeem rewards for products and specials. Building on that success, I developed our Paid Membership Program — a “Costco-style” model where members saved daily on every purchase and enjoyed exclusive perks like monthly goodie bags, member weekends, and invite-only events. Together, these programs strengthened brand loyalty, deepened customer relationships, and turned everyday shoppers into an engaged community.
